  Securely pack the products in their original Pierre Cardin packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included in the parcel.

  Courier Collection

  Once your request is approved, our designated courier service will contact you to schedule a convenient collection from your door at no additional cost for valid returns.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via your original payment method.
